When a driver is physically and mentally fitter, it is possible to maintain higher levels of concentration, experience less fatigue, and benefit from faster recovery times.
At Prodrive, we have been running driver performance programmes for more than a decade for some of the world's top race and rally drivers. Each is tailored to the specific needs of the driver and, just as importantly, the physical and mental demands put on them during an event. For instance competing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans poses a different scenario to multiple short stages on the World Rally Championship where concentration on the road ahead at the same time as taking pacenotes from the co-driver is paramount.
To make things simple we have split our product range into four packages. All options are set up as guidelines and bespoke packages can be drawn up to suit you and your team's individual requirements.
